Affiliate/Advertising Manager
Requirements:
Tha Affiliate/Advertising Manager will be responsible for recruiting and managing advertisers and affiliates for a new on-line directory.
- Analyze affiliate activity on a daily basis and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and distribute marketing materials to Affiliates and Prospects (e.g. Newsletter)
- Work closely with Sales Team to determine optimal affiliate & offer mix on directory site
- Help develop test and launch strategies for new campaigns
Qualifications:
- Expertise in many forms of internet media and marketing, with knowledge of email marketing a plus
- Must possess knowledge of creative development process
- Must know the process of prospecting, negotiating, and closing media deals
- Should have established contacts with publishers and media networks
- Must possess an understanding of media metrics, campaign tracking and optimization
- Proactive work ethic, ability to work in a fast paced, competitive, and collaborative environment
- Detail oriented, team player
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and Internet search engine protocol
